1 烟气脱白技术介绍

燃煤电厂烟囱排出的饱和湿烟气与环境冷空气混合,在降温过程中,所含的水蒸气饱和凝结,凝结水雾滴对光线产生折射、散射,使烟羽呈现出白色或者灰色,被称为“湿烟羽”,俗称“大白烟”,烟气脱白就是指去除大白烟。大白烟的源头是水分,烟气中饱和水蒸气是吸热产生的,含有大量潜热,因此,烟气脱白的关键就是排放烟气的温度、湿度控制。

烟气冷凝再热技术的应用在消除湿烟羽的同时也能够收集大量冷凝水回用,降低电厂自身水耗,对我国北方地区缺水但冷源充沛的特点有着借鉴作用,同时对我国“水十条”政策中要求火电行业促进再生水利用、控制用水总量、提高用水效益有着积极的作用。
烟气冷却过程中产生的冷凝水pH 在2左右,呈强酸性,因此对系统的防腐性能提出很高的要求,目前烟气冷却器中换热材料主要使用氟塑料或钛合金。其中氟塑料作为一种高分子材料,因其特殊的分子结构而具有特别的物化特性:强度高、稳定性强、高热阻、低摩擦系数和良好的表面不黏性。前文提到的B厂烟气冷却器(采用氟塑料作为换热材料)投运时间接近两年,未出现损坏泄漏等问题,体现了氟塑料的可靠性。
