4 节能提效分析

4.1 节能指标分析

电除尘器的电能消耗设备包括高压电源设备和低压控制设备,低压控制设备是包括高压电源以外的所有用电设施,主要包括电极振打、卸灰、输灰、绝缘子恒温加热等设备。该项目电除尘器的电能消耗3639.6kW·h/d,其中,高压电源设备电能消耗2928 kW·h/d, 占整个电除尘系统能耗的80.4%,而振打、卸灰、输灰、绝缘子恒温加热等电除尘设备电能消耗是711.6kW·h/d,所占份额较小。而且,为了保证设备正常运行, 振打、卸灰、输灰、绝缘子恒温加热等设备能耗是必须的,因此降耗空间很小。因此, 降低电除尘器能耗的关键在于降低高压电源设备能耗。

本套设备是为山东客户200000m3/h煤矸石烟气湿式静电除尘器WESP,该高压静电湿式静电除尘器为塔后安装方式,是利用高压脉冲直流电、电场驱动烟气内微细烟尘,使其加速沉降于阳极表面,以除去烟气中的尘粒、雾滴、气溶胶及部分异味等,从而达到对烟气的净化。
