根据《中国城乡建设统计年鉴2016年》的数据,目前我国运行的生活垃圾焚烧厂已达249座,处理能力超过25万t/d,年处理量达到7378.44万t,焚烧占无害化处理总量已经上升到37.59%。随着容量的持续增长和市场的不断成熟,社会对焚烧厂整体运营水平也提出了更高的要求.其中垃圾焚烧烟气脱硝与烟气脱酸是生活垃圾焚烧厂运营最重要的环节之一,NOx、HC1与SO,这3个参数也是焚烧厂排放日常监测的重要数据。尤其2014年7月,生活垃圾焚烧迎来新国标《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准》(GB18485—2014)发布实施,修订后的新标准对生活垃圾焚烧厂二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氯化氢等污染物排放限值大幅收紧。为了探究新标发布后焚烧厂烟气排放状况,对国内某新运营生活垃圾焚烧厂在调试和运营期间进行了跟踪检测,本文将主要对日常监测的NOx与HC1与SO,这3个重要气体污染物排放数据进行分析,评估排放效果与脱除效率。
