论文:燃煤电站湿式电除尘器对PM2.5、SO3和Hg的脱除性能及排放特性

摘要:对典型装机容量机组湿式电除尘器的PM2.5、SO3及Hg的脱除性能进行了分析,并研究了PM2.5、SO3及Hg的排放特性。结果表明:湿式电除尘器对PM2.5、SO3和Hg的脱除效率分别能达到78%、62%和58%以上,PM2.5排放绩效在6.00~15.00mg/(kW·h)之间,SO3排放绩效在3.00~24.00mg/(kW·h)之间,Hg排放绩效在11.00~26.00μg/(kW·h)之间。通过非线性回归模型模拟得出湿式电除尘器出口PM2.5、SO3、Hg的排放绩效计算模型,降低了燃煤机组烟气中PM2.5、SO3、Hg排放总量预估的难度。

2 JIEGUOYUTAOLUN

2.1 WESP对PM2.5、SO3及Hg的脱除性能
为了考察装机容量大小对湿式电除尘器协同脱除PM2.5、SO3及Hg性能的影响,以及我国燃煤机组实施超低排放后,PM2.5、SO3及Hg排放值在世界范围内所处水平,选取典型机组湿式电除尘器PM2.5、SO3及Hg的脱除效率和排放浓度进行现场测试,结果如图2所示。

PM2.5、SO3消减绩效主要体现湿式电除尘器对PM2.5、SO3的脱除性能。根据式(2)可知,PM2.5、SO3的脱除率越高,则消减绩效值越高,湿式电除尘器对PM2.5、SO3的脱除能力越强,性能越好。在进行同类型湿式电除尘器PM2.5、SO3脱除性能对比时,在PM2.5、SO3脱除效率接近的情况下,PM2.5、SO3排放浓度对消减绩效的影响不容忽视。图3(a)显示PM2.5、SO3消减绩效范围分别为39.00~119.00mg/(kW·h),
16.00~90.00mg/(kW·h)。
